The good part is ripping out all of that harvest gold and taking it to the dump.
The bad part is .... well, it's a bit inconvenient, but there really is no bad part. Well, the fact that it's not being paid for and done by a crack team of professionals while we lounge in a hotel room is kinda the bad part!
Look! There's even damage on the ceiling below!
